Goal

Generate a crop classification that supports the individual decision-making model of small farmers. To identify the complex relationships among the determinants and motivations, behind the production of each crop we use agronomic, environmental, economic, social, and market variables.

Social Motivation

Contribuir a reducir la brecha digital que existe entre pequeños y grandes productores agrícolas. Integrando, procesando y analizando información para que sea útil para agricultores, técnicos y legisladores.

• Información climatológica nacional

  • Description: Climatological information reported by the Basin Organizations and Local Directorates of CONAGUA. Daily records of rain and minimum and maximum temperature.

• Ingresos por remesas, distribución por municipio - (CE166)

  • Description: Quarterly income of dollars from remittances

• Sistema de Información Agroalimentaria de Consulta

  • Description: Information on all national monitoring crops, by season, and by water modality. The query variables are sown, harvested areas; production, yield, average rural price and monetary value of production.

• Análisis Territorial de la Pobreza

  • Description: Geospatial information on the distribution of poverty by municipality in the state of Guanajuato.
