CQCoverage: CQ condition coverage under clouser level

This dimension evaluates CQ completeness in the generated content. For each CQ, it measures the fraction of required elements (terms in CQ2Term, axioms in CQ2Onto) that the generation includes and correctly attributes to that CQ.
